About the Role:
A leading South African provider of telecommunications and solar energy solutions company, is seeking a qualified Electrician to join their team in Sandton on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical installations, maintenance, and compliance work across various telecom and solar projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on telecom and solar power systems.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with SANS standards and company safety protocols.
• Conduct fault finding, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Issue and verify Certificates of Compliance (COC) for completed work.
• Collaborate with project teams to support 5G infrastructure, tower construction, and renewable energy projects.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Wiremans License.
• Valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) registration.
• Minimum 35 years experience in electrical installations or maintenance (telecom or renewable energy experience advantageous).
• Knowledge of electrical standards and safety procedures.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Package & Remuneration:

• R25 000 R30 000 CTC per month
