About the Role
We are seeking an experienced External Sales Consultant – Food Ingredients to join our team in Rivonia, Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face customer interactions to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Provide product knowledge and support to customers
Requirements
- Background in food ingredients or related industries
- 1–2 years’ experience in internal or external sales
- Strong hunter mindset and target-driven
- Enjoys and excels in face-to-face customer interactions
- Grade 12 / Matric; formal training in food science, technology, chemical field, or related discipline is advantageous
- Bilingual in English & Afrikaans preferred
- Own transport essential
