The Front of House Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by overseeing all front-of-house operations and maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily front-of-house operations and service flow Lead, train, and supervise FOH staff to luxury service standards Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally Coordinate reservations, seating, and VIP guest experiences Maintain impeccable service, grooming, and floor presentation standards Work closely with the General Manager, Chef, and Bar team Requirements: 3–5 years’ experience in a high-end or fine-dining FOH role Strong leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills Professional, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
