Candidate Requirements:

• Matric certificate with Maths
• Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism/Hospitality
• 4-5 years of senior-level experience in inbound travel
• Expertise in customer relationship management and product promotion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools
• Strong English literacy skills
• Knowledge of TourPlan, WISH, or similar booking systems
• Comprehensive understanding of Southern & East African travel products
• Hands-on operational experience with incentive and specialist groups
• Logistical and group management expertise
• Personal and professional travel experience in Southern & East Africa
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest interactions onsite
• Exceptional attention to detail
