Roles and Responsibilities Financial Planning Support Conduct research on investment, retirement, and insurance products. Prepare financial needs analyses (FNA). Draft client proposals, investment summaries, and retirement planning reports. Analyse client portfolios and make recommendations based on suitability and compliance. Report Writing & Administration Prepare documentation for client meetings. Ensure all paperwork, disclosures, and records are accurate and compliant. Maintain up-to-date client files. Technical & Product Expertise Support Advisors with product comparisons, illustrations, and pricing. Interpret policy documents, fund fact sheets, and investment platforms. Client Service Support Follow up on applications, underwriting, and claims processes. Liaise with product providers and internal teams. Respond to technical queries related to investment, life insurance, and employee benefits. Minimum Requirements Matric Relevant Financial Planning / Finance / Investment qualification. RE5 Experience: Minimum 24 years in a Paraplanning or similar technical role. Strong experience in Investments, Life Insurance, and/or Employee Benefits. Experience with financial planning tools and platforms. Skills & Competencies: Strong financial analysis and numerical ability. Excellent written communication and report-writing skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent client-focused attitude.
