About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to join their team in Sandton, JHB. As a bridge between junior project managers, business analysts, consultants, developers, and the Head of Delivery, you will act as a key liaison and drive project success. With extensive Salesforce experience and project management expertise, we are looking for a seasoned professional who can lead by example and elevate our team’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the lifecycle of Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
Utilize both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting expertise in Salesforce projects, supporting integration, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Support and mentor junior project managers and business analysts, offering training and guidance to enhance their project management skills and technical knowledge.
Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns effectively.
Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle. Develop mitigation strategies and ensure prompt resolution to keep projects on track.
Drive continuous improvement within the project delivery process, proposing and implementing process enhancements based on data and best practices.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in project management, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce implementation projects.
Certifications: Certified Salesforce Consultant, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar agile certifications are preferred.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce (Service Cloud, Admin, and Omni studio). Familiarity with Red Hat, SQL, PowerBI, and other integration technologies is advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
