Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and grow the audience
- Plan and execute media campaigns across paid social, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others
- Utilize industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize the e-commerce website’s performance.
- Daily oversight and management of paid media channels, including search, social and mobile channels.
- Produce engaging content for social media platforms and ensure brand consistency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies that align with business goals
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to keep the company competitive
- Forecast and report financial results weekly/monthly to identify growth opportunities.
- Daily analytics oversight into website performance through platforms like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Similarweb etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and CMS systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
- Experience using Excel and analytics software (ex: Google Analytics)
- Experience using email & SMS platforms.
