Reporting into senior leadership, this role will act as a strategic partner to operations, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to deliver business performance while embedding company values and culture. This is a fast-paced, multi-site environment that requires agility, adaptability, and authentic leadership. Travel between regions may be required. You will lead learning and development initiatives, oversee performance management, and design succession frameworks that build bench strength and future leadership capability. Critical to the role is using talent insights and analytics to inform decisions, strengthen employee engagement, and align people strategies with commercial outcomes. Essential Requirements: Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. Post-graduate qualification advantageous (Industrial/Clinical Psychology preferred). 57 years experience in talent management, L&D or HR business partnering, ideally in multi-site retail/QSR environments. Proven success in attraction, development, retention and succession planning. Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
