Job Description
- Sell Test and Measurement Equipment:
- Promote and sell Test and Measurement equipment, including high-level Radio Frequency (RF) Communications Equipment and recorder solutions within a defined geographical area
- Utilize Company Agencies:
- Effectively utilize the agencies held by the company to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales support group to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
- Budget Preparation:
- Work with management to prepare the yearly budget for the designated area.
- Principal Interaction:
- Interface with all principals when required, maintaining strong and positive relationships.
- Client Relationship Building:
- Build solid relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Level of Responsibility, Accountability and Authority:
- Sales Accountability:
- Accountable for the viability and profitability of the solutions offered within the designated area.
- Budget Achievement:
- Responsible for achieving the yearly budget at the required Gross Profit, as specified by the company
- Decision-Making Authority:
- Have the authority to decide on the solutions offered to clients and sign proposal documents up to the specified monetary value set by the company
Qualification and training Required:
- Education:
- BTECH or National Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering (light current).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Test & Measurement. Radio Frequency knowledge is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Field sales experience, ability to work independently, self-motivated, and target-driven. Basic P.C. literacy, especially with the Microsoft suite.
