About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Trauma Sales Representative to join our team in Sandton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, meeting sales targets, and identifying new customers. If you have a passion for the trauma industry and excellent sales skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Stay informed on product updates, portfolio offerings, and competitor analysis.
Cross-sell additional products as they become available.
Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies to enhance competitive positioning.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide accurate forecasts and market research information as needed.
Maintain a basic understanding of the field segment and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in the Trauma/Orthopedic segments.
Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to work on call hours, weekends and outside normal hours.
Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships (with orthopedic surgeons & hospitals).
