Our Client is seeking a Technical Evaluator Senior who will be responsible for assessing the job competency of employees enrolled in the Job Certification Program within a Lube Oil Refinery setting. The role involves evaluating technical skills, maintaining accurate training records, providing feedback, and contributing to developing and reviewing Job Task Standards (JTS) and certification materials across various manufacturing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate Job Competency: Assess employees enrolled in the Job Certification Program to ensure compliance with job certification requirements.

Maintain Records: Keep accurate hard and digital records of training evaluation data, updating with new hire information or changes in employment status.

Provide Feedback: Deliver constructive evaluation feedback to mentees, their mentors, and supervisors to support professional development.

Coordinate Schedules: Collaborate with individual departments to schedule evaluations efficiently.

Report Progress: Submit evaluation progress reports for on-the-job training certification to the Talent Section.

Develop and Review Materials: Assist in developing, reviewing, and periodically updating Job Task Standard (JTS) booklets and certification instructions/guidelines for each work area.

Test Bank Development: Support the creation and review of test bank items for computer-based job certification and recertification exams.

Education and Qualifications

Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Electrical (Specialization aligned with the Evaluator position focus)

Certification: Certified Training Evaluator.
Knowledge and Experience
-
Experience: Minimum of 20+ years of extensive work experience in the relevant field of expertise, preferably in a Lube Oil Refinery.

Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge in the specified discipline (Instrumentation & Electrical, Mechanical, or Operations).

HR Systems: Proficient in HR database systems (HRIS) and MS Office applications.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with mentees, mentors, and supervisors.

Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
