Responsibilities

• Managing financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Preparing financial statements and reports
• Analyzing financial data and identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 8 Years Previous comparable experience in a financial environment
• VIP Payroll Experience
• Sage Accounting Experience
• Must have a good commercial knowledge of engineering and construction type contracts and contracting
• Computer Literate in MS Office
• Valid Drivers License
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
