About the Role
As a Client Service Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service standards to our clients, working closely with various business functions and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely posting of fees related to services rendered, managing departmental meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on Service standards as per established Service Model for the function.
- Ensure adherence to processes and address/raise issues that need attention.
- Work proactively with other business functions and stakeholders.
- Post fees in relation to the function’s responsibilities in a timely manner and in line with processes.
- Undertake and participate in relevant management of departmental meetings.
- Periodically review work being undertaken to check for adherence to policy and procedures, checking quality of work.
- Deal with complaints, errors, and omissions as per company policy.
- Daily monitor the progress of assigned cases and follow up on outstanding cases.
- Maintain accurate record keeping on systems used for processing or managing work.
- Assist and undertake case work as required in the function.
- Contribute to staff training programmes.
- Actively participate in weekly Team Meetings.
