Episodic Health, a dynamic player in the medical insurance sector, is seeking dedicated and client-oriented Call Centre Agents to join our growing team in Paardevlei, Somerset West.About the Role:As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions related to our medical insurance products and services. This role requires a compassionate individual who is eager to make a positive impact.Key Responsibilities:~ Professionally handle inbound calls from clients.~ Provide accurate information and assistance regarding medical insurance policies, benefits, and claims.~ Effectively resolve client queries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.~ Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions.~ Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistently high level of service.
