You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions related to our medical insurance products and services. This role requires a compassionate individual who is eager to make a positive impact.Key Responsibilities:~ Professionally handle inbound calls from clients.~ Provide accurate information and assistance regarding medical insurance policies, benefits, and claims.~ Effectively resolve client queries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.~ Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions.~ Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistently high level of service.
