About the Role
The Key Accounts Sales Manager will lead and execute national sales and key account strategies, driving profitable and sustainable revenue growth across key accounts, regional sales, agents, and new business. This role requires establishing disciplined sales processes, territory coverage, CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and customer retention strategies, while also providing input to pricing strategies based on competitor analysis.

Requirements
- Sales and National Key Account Management experience specifically in Sports, Health and Beauty retail Environments
- Understanding of technical sports products, consumer behaviour, and seasonal performance cycles
- Minimum of five years in a Senior National, Regional, or Key Account Regional role
- Proven success managing both key accounts, national commercial negotiations, and field sales teams
- Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation capability
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel (analysis, forecasting, reporting)
- Microsoft Word (proposals, QBRs, customer plans)
- PowerPoint (customer presentations, strategy decks)
- CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar preferred)
