Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day studio workflow and job scheduling.
  • Allocate work to designers based on capacity, skillset, and deadlines.
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as priorities change.
  • Ensure briefs are clear and timelines are realistic before work begins.
  • Act as the central liaison between the studio and internal stakeholders.
  • Track deadlines and flag risks to delivery early.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant certificate, diploma, or degree (e.g. Project Management, Design, Marketing, Communications, or similar).
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a creative, design, or agency environment (traffic, studio coordination, or project support).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and shifting priorities.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.

Advantageous (Not Essential)

  • Experience managing or supporting a creative studio or design team.
  • Familiarity with agency workflows or job management systems.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
