Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day studio workflow and job scheduling.
- Allocate work to designers based on capacity, skillset, and deadlines.
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as priorities change.
- Ensure briefs are clear and timelines are realistic before work begins.
- Act as the central liaison between the studio and internal stakeholders.
- Track deadlines and flag risks to delivery early.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant certificate, diploma, or degree (e.g. Project Management, Design, Marketing, Communications, or similar).
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a creative, design, or agency environment (traffic, studio coordination, or project support).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and shifting priorities.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
Advantageous (Not Essential)
- Experience managing or supporting a creative studio or design team.
- Familiarity with agency workflows or job management systems.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
