About the Role

Now we need an AI / ML Ops Lead to architect, automate, and operationalize the next wave of machine intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing the strategic vision and leadership for operationalizing AI and Machine Learning at scale
- Building the backbone of AI systems – from data pipelines to deployment.
- Leading MLOps strategy across models, infrastructure, and governance.
- Bringing real-world AI to banking, credit, fraud, AML, and compliance use cases.
- Scaling GenAI/LLM workflows and making sure the magic runs fast, safe, and explainable.
Requirements
- Degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
- 8-12 years in Data/AI/ML Ops, with 3-5 years in financial services or regulated environments.
- Proven record taking AI from prototype to production in live, governed settings.
