About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Lodge Manager (Housekeeper) to join our 5* Game Lodge in Pilanesberg. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role and environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage housekeeping operations, including room preparation and maintenance
- Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt attention to detail and excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the lodge
