Assistant Camp Manager Luxury Lodge Near Mapungubwe National Park, Musina Are you passionate about lodge hospitality, guest experience, and creating memorable stays in a stunning bush environment? A reputable lodge located near Mapungubwe National Park and Musina is seeking an experienced Assistant Camp Manager / Host / Barman / Front of House professional to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a remote lodge setting and enjoys delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hospitality; lodge operations, bar service, and frontofhouse experience ; looking to grow their career within a wellestablished lodge environment. Requirements To be considered for this Assistant Camp Manager position, candidates must have: Previous lodge ; hospitality ; or guestfacing experience Excellent communication and customerservice skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a remote lodge environment Bar experience (cocktail knowledge highly advantageous) Professional; wellpresented, guestfocused approach Drivers licence beneficial but not required Ability to work long hours, especially during peak tourism seasons Honest; reliable, and comfortable working in a bush and wildlife setting Duties As the Assistant Camp Manager, you will support overall lodge operations and uphold high guest service standards. Duties include: Assisting the Camp Manager with daytoday lodge operations Hosting guests: welcoming, engaging, and ensuring an exceptional lodge experience Managing frontofhouse operations including checkins, reservations, and guest relations Bartending responsibilities such as beverage service, stock control, and maintaining bar presentation Supporting the dining and housekeeping teams as needed Coordinating staff and overseeing operations during the managers absence Maintaining high levels of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction This role requires a handson, proactive individual who enjoys contributing to a seamless and welcoming guest environment.
