About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Lodge Manager to join our team at a distinguished 4-star luxury lodge within the breathtaking Nambiti Private Game Reserve, KwaZulu Natal. As part of our live-in management team, you will be immersed in the natural beauty of the reserve and have the opportunity to provide world-class luxury experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the lodge, ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Oversee food and beverage services, including menu planning and inventory management
- Lead a team of hospitality staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract high-end guests
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury lodge management as a Camp or Assistant Lodge Manager, or in a senior management role within a luxury safari lodge
- Strong Food & Beverage management experience is essential for luxury lodge management
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills in a luxury hospitality environment
- Proven ability in luxury guest relations and problem-solving within high-end lodge management
- Capacity to perform well under pressure, especially in a remote, live-in lodge management role
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to luxury service excellence

Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary: R20 000 – R24 000 per month, based on luxury lodge management experience
