Requirements: – Previous experience in luxury lodge management as a Camp or Assistant Lodge Manager, or in a senior management role within a luxury safari lodge. – Strong Food & Beverage management experience is essential for luxury lodge management. – Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills in a luxury hospitality environment. – Proven ability in luxury guest relations and problem-solving within high-end lodge management. – Capacity to perform well under pressure, especially in a remote, live-in lodge management role. – Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to luxury service excellence. – Familiarity with Opera or Semper PMS within luxury lodge management is highly advantageous. Package: – Competitive salary: R20 000 – R24 000 per month, based on luxury lodge management experience. – Live-in position within the luxury lodge, offering an immersive opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the reserve. – 3 weeks on duty followed by 1 week off in rotation, ensuring a balanced lifestyle for luxury lodge management professionals.
