About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Management Couple to join our team at a Safari Lodge in Senegal, West Africa. As an integral part of our growing company, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the high standards already in place, while providing exceptional hospitality services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting lodge manager in all areas of lodge management: reservations, office administration, front of house and service, lodge staff management, marketing.
- Land management support, maintenance of equipment, trails and locations, assisting with general maintenance, front of house and service.
- Providing exceptional hosting experience and service to our guests.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Tourism / Hospitality Qualification
- Minimum 2 years working experience in 4* or 5* lodge environment
- Staff management experience
- Food & Beverage Experience
- Computer literate
- Administrative skills and experience
- Hosting experience and service
- Valid Driver’s License
