Job Description

About the Role

Employ Africa Group is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Belgium. As an all-round mechanic, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including repairs to passenger cars and vans, maintenance of vehicles, preparing them for technical inspections, and setting parameters for our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

Performing (computer) diagnoses on vehicles to immediately see what is going on.
Repairing electrical and mechanical parts.
Replacing parts (brakes, tires, clutch, suspension, …), windows and hydraulic lines.
Carrying out repairs to the drivetrain.
Replacing oil.
Preparing vehicles for the technical inspection.

Requirements

Several years of relevant work experience as an Automotive Mechanic.
Fluency in English is required.
A technical degree or equivalent qualification is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience with performing diagnoses is also beneficial, but not necessary.

Salary & Benefits

Rate: 16 /hour.
Full-time job (40-45 hours).
