- Previous avocado or citrus farm management experience
- Min of 4 years packhouse experience
- Strong understanding and practical experience with global standards and certifications such as Global GAP, FSSC (Food Safety System Certification), and Siza.
- Computer literacy in MS Office (excel, outlook, word)
- Administrative and management experience
- People management experience
- Valid driver’s license
