About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer to shape strategy, drive innovation, and accelerate growth across two separate legal entities in the technology domain. As a BU-level CEO, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-evolving, technology-enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s strategy, values, and operational business plans to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
  • Lead new business development to secure a profitable project pipeline.
  • Drive transformation initiatives to energise and diversify the organisation.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, regulators, financial institutions, and the Board.
  • Build and support a high-performing senior leadership team.
  • Represent the organisation in local and international industry networks and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Postgraduate qualification (Masters or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful business leadership experience in the technology sector
  • Strong Go-to-Market (GTM) and customer-facing leadership experience is essential
  • Proven track record as a CEO, Managing Director, or business unit leader
  • Board-level experience in a private commercial business
  • Experience in organisational improvement or turnaround initiatives is advantageous
