Location: Menlyn, Pretoria
Salary: R12 500 p.m.
Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for a Clerk: Marketing Sales Administration.
Key responsibilities
- Comply with FAIS Regulation
- Comply with Marketing Sales Administration manual in accordance with legislative, industry and regulatory body requirements
- Screen and select candidates effectively and efficiently
- Comply with FIT and Proper requirements for new recruitments
- Update appointments and terminations on the FSB list within required time frame
- Conduct yearly accreditations on products, legislations, code of conduct and FIT and Proper status
- Maintain record keeping (scanning and filing system) on all intermediaries
- Assist with validation on appointments of Representatives
- Assist pre-approvals of new appointments (Criminal, ITC, Fit & Proper Requirements & FSB Register) of representatives
- Scan and save contracts and code of conducts of representatives on server
- Update in-house systems
- Comply with Supervision Processes
- Compile and distribute welcome pack, supervision files to Sales team
- Provide support to Sales Team
- Liaise with various departments to support Sales Team on processes and procedures
- Distribute of business guides and marketing material to Sales Team
- Monitor sales activities according to FAIS bi-yearly
Requirements
- Matric
- RE5
- 120 Credits on NQF Wealth Management
- 1 years’ experience in Sales
- 1 years’ experience in Sales Administration
