Country Manager of Overseas Subsidiary Compensation and Benefits Annual Salary Range: ¥300K-¥700K, 18monthly Africa Undergraduate 5-8 years HC 8 Job Description Basic Information Responsibilities More than 5 years overseas market development and team management experience, Familiar with local market policies, business environment and customer ecology in power, new energy and other industries, Ability to build a market from 0 to 1. Priority will be given to those with experience in docking overseas projects of state-owned enterprises, who can efficiently coordinate headquarters and territorial resources to promote business landing and brand building. Bachelor Degree Excellent English communication skills and business negotiation skills, local language is preferred. Ability to independently manage sales, delivery, customer relationship and other full-link processes, and assume performance and budget targets. Personality should have a high degree of self-drive, sense of responsibility and strategic vision, as well as excellent execution and cross-cultural communication and coordination skills. Can adapt to high-intensity work and frequent business trips, and have the ability to carry out independent operation and external relationship management on behalf of the company in the territory. Requirements Multiple HC: Romania, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Pakistan, Philippines, Chile, Peru Resident Overseas Local Both Chinese and English are required as working languages, local language is preferred.
