About the Role
We are seeking two experienced and polished Half-Day Store Managers to lead our boutique team in Constantia Mall, delivering an exceptional client experience in a high-end luxury environment. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for making customers look and feel amazing, while driving sales targets and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the boutique team and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Train and develop team members to achieve sales targets
- Build relationships with clients and vendors
- Drive sales growth and revenue targets
- Maintain a premium environment and visual merchandising standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or a related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
