About the Role
Our client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Temporary Creditors Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and maintaining good relationships with suppliers. This is a temporary position, commencing on 16th July 2018.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly creditors reconciliation and ensure supplier ledger balance & agrees to supplier statement
- Ensuring invoices are VAT compliant
- Following up on all outstanding queries promptly
- Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
- Establishing good relationships with suppliers
- Processing customer sales order and invoices
Requirements
- Proficiency in Pastel Partner and Excel
- Formal education
- Working experience as a creditors clerk
- Able to work under pressure
- African Race
