Salary: R20 000 p.m. (Temp)

Our client in the Manufacturing industry is looking for a Temporary Creditors Clerk to start 16th of July 2018.

Key responsibilities

• Monthly creditors reconciliation and ensure supplier ledger balance & agrees to supplier statement
• Ensuring invoices are VAT compliant
• Following up on all outstanding queries promptly
• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
• Establishing good relationships with suppliers
• Processing customer sales order and invoices

Requirements

• Proficiency in Pastel Partner and Excel
• Formal education
• Working experience as a creditors clerk
• Able to work under pressure
• African Race
