Director of Culinary – Dubai base with travel An excellent opportunity has become available as Director of Culinary & Development with an international restaurant group focused based in Dubai. As Director of Culinary, you’ll be responsible for developing & implementing short – long-term menu strategies, building a robust new product & events pipeline that successfully meets evolving guest needs. Working closely with marketing & cross-functional teams bringing new products forward to the Marketing Calendar. Your knowledge & experience will drive recipe innovation, consistency, & efficiency in execution across the company’s network. Requirements: Stand-alone restaurant chain experienced, top-end environments with luxury produce Strong R&D background for both restaurant kitchens & retail Must have managed multiple sites in different regions Salary Offered: AED 38 000 – 40 000 all-inclusive relocation support
