About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Feed Specialist to join our team at The Talent Room. As a Data Operations/Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless data integration and reconciliation across various systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data feeds and integrations to ensure accurate and timely data exchange
• Perform reconciliations and data analysis to identify discrepancies and optimize processes
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and implement system improvements
• Develop and maintain structured data sets using Excel

Requirements

• Grade 12 with 70+ matric results
• Experience working with data, reconciliations, integrations, or system support
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Comfortable working in Excel with structured data
• Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
