Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to join our team. As the Farm Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our agricultural farm, focusing on beef farming and cropping management. You will report directly to the Manager and ensure the efficient running of daily activities on the farm.
Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all farm activities
  • Implement and monitor farming schedules
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment
  • Monitor crop production and livestock management
  • Implement health and safety regulations
  • Manage budget and financial planning for the farm

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in agriculture, particularly in beef farming and cropping management. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role.
