About the Role
Future Careers is seeking an experienced Fashion Supervisor to join our client’s leading fashion retail brand based in Tyger Valley. As a key member of the store team, you will play a vital role in driving sales performance, maintaining visual standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the store when required
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and store presentation
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer queries
- Lead by example on the sales floor
- Assist with promotions, launches, and in-store campaigns
- Supervise, motivate, and support store staff
- Assist with staff training and onboarding
- Allocate daily duties and monitor performance
- Step in as acting manager when required
- Conduct stock receiving, transfers, and replenishment
- Monitor product placement to maximise sales
Requirements
- Matric (essential)
- 2-3 years experience in fashion retail
- Supervisory or key-holder experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Basic stock control and cash-handling experience

- Completed Matric
