Job Summary

RÔLES ET RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS : 1. Banque et gestion de trésorerie Préparer les documents de paiement, y compris les bons, pour approbation par le Country Manager. Gestion de trésorerie vérifier largent en banque, effectuer les rapprochements mensuels, préparer les prévisions de trésorerie et sassurer que des liquidités suffisantes sont disponibles pour les activités prévues. Effectuer les paiements aux fournisseurs et à tous les prestataires de services et s`assurer que toutes les transactions sont correctement codées, pour les approbations et les autorisations conformément à la matrice d`approbation. Assurez-vous que les projets sont gérés et réapprovisionnés conformément aux procédures de gestion de trésorerie de ForAfrika. Gestion des transactions en espèces, traitement des paiements, émission de reçus, tenue de registres financiers précis, rapprochement des caisses enregistreuses et fourniture d`un excellent service client tout en garantissant le respect des politiques et procédures financière. 2. OPÉRATIONS FINANCIÈRES ET RAPPORTS Consolider les modèles pour la publication des bons du Journal général et les envoyer au service financier du GSO pour examen avant de les publier dans SAGE, dans le pays, quotidiennement. Gérer les avances commerciales, les paiements anticipés et le suivi des créances pour une liquidation rapide des avances et un rapprochement des comptes créditeurs et débiteurs. Maintenir et mettre à jour les systèmes financiers, les logiciels et les outils pour améliorer lefficacité et la précision de la gestion financière. Superviser et gérer les processus de paie de l`organisation, garantissant le paiement précis et rapide des salaires et des avantages sociaux. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec dautres services pour coordonner les activités financières et assurer une tenue de registres précise. Préparer des états financiers et des rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels pour la direction, les donateurs et les autres parties prenantes. 3. CONFORMITÉ ET GESTION DES RISQUES Effectuez le paiement en temps voulu de toutes les obligations légales, y compris les impôts comme l`impôt sur le revenu des personnes physiques, etc. Coordonner et soutenir les audits internes et externes, en garantissant la fourniture rapide et précise de la documentation requise. Mettre en uvre et maintenir des contrôles internes pour protéger les actifs de lorganisation et garantir lintégrité des données financières. 4. BUDGÉTISATION ET PLANIFICATION FINANCIÈRE Collaborer avec la direction sur la planification financière. Accompagnement à la budgétisation des propositions. Soutenir lélaboration des budgets annuels et veiller à ce quils soient livrés en temps opportun 5. ADMINISTRATION ET SÉCURITÉ Faciliter les exigences légales, y compris la mise à jour des inscriptions. Assurer que le bureau de Bangui soit en bon état de fonctionnement pour soutenir les programmes. Assurez-vous que tous les documents sont remplis sur Sharepoint dans la structure fournie. Examiner les documents dapprovisionnement pour sassurer de leur conformité. Mise à jour du registre des actifs pour tous les actifs du lieu d`enregistrement, réalisation du comptage des actifs. Superviser les inventaires, s`assurer que les registres de stock électroniques sont mis à jour quotidiennement. Assurez-vous que tous les dispositifs de suivi des véhicules sont en bon état de fonctionnement. Coordonner le transport et autre logistique pour le bureau. Préparation du rapport sur l`efficacité énergétique et soumission au GSO Operations. Agir en tant que point focal de sécurité Coordonner avec le bureau de soutien mondial pour garantir que les préparatifs de sécurité répondent aux normes minimales. Compétences, qualifications et expériences requises : Qualifications requises : Diplôme en comptabilité, en finances, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe. Souhaitable – Qualification professionnelle en comptabilité telle que ACCA ou CPA. B COM ou BBA en comptabilité ou diplôme équivalent préféré. Souhaitable – Minimum de 3 ans d`expérience pertinente, de préférence dans une organisation humanitaire. Une certaine expérience administrative serait un avantage. Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office (Excel et Word). Expérience avec les logiciels de comptabilité. Une expérience de travail avec SAGE est un avantage. Haut niveau dintégrité, de confidentialité et de responsabilité. Souci du détail et précision dans le traitement des données financières. Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale. Maîtrise du français et de l`anglais, Sango de préférence. Il s`agit d`un recrutement local. Les candidats doivent avoir une résidence légale en RCA.
