About the Role
We seek a commercially astute Finance Manager to lead financial operations, governance, and reporting within a standalone remote lodge environment, partnering closely with operational leaders to ensure cost discipline and financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance
- Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure statutory, tax, payroll, and IFRS compliance
- Implement strong internal controls and audit readiness
- Partner with HODs to drive cost efficiencies
- Support procurement, stock control, and supplier agreements
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 58 years of finance experience, 23 years in senior role
- Hospitality or remote operations exposure advantageous
- Strong ERP, payroll, and reporting capability
- High integrity, accuracy, and commercial acumen

Salary & Benefits
Salary: 22 500 paid in Namibian Dollars / South African Rands. Live-in shared accommodation. Meals. Cost of work permits and visa’s (for South African Applicants). Annual leave. Annual flights / passage home covered by the company.
