About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our Mediterranean Restaurant team in Hazelwood. As a key member of our management team, you will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, utilizing your expertise to drive success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Capable of running service and understand the food being served
- Train and roster their staff compliment
- Manage the following departments: Waiters / Runners / Baristas / Cleaners / Reception & hostesses
Requirements
- Grade 12
- At least 2+ years running a busy restaurant
- A formal Certificate or Diploma would be an advantage (if applicable)
