Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile freelancer to provide support across multiple business functions, including graphic design, finance/administration, social media management, and marketing. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing diverse tasks efficiently while delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print (social media posts, flyers, brochures, branding materials) Ensure brand consistency across all visual content Edit and update existing designs as required Finance & Administration: Handle basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking Maintain organized financial and administrative records Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office tasks Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms Monitor social media accounts and respond to messages/comments Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies Marketing: Develop and execute basic marketing campaigns Assist with market research and competitor analysis Support email marketing and promotional activities Procurement and logistics Requirements: Proven experience in at least two of the listed areas (multi-skilled candidates preferred) Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Basic understanding of bookkeeping or financial processes Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Design, or related field Experience working remotely or as a freelancer Portfolio showcasing design and/or marketing work What We Offer: Flexible working hours Opportunity to work on diverse projects Long-term collaboration potential based on performance
