About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and polished Front of House professional to join our team at a luxury safari lodge in Klaserie, Limpopo. As part of our warm hospitality and refined service culture, we deliver exceptional guest experiences in a serene natural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and personalised guest hosting experience from arrival to departure.
  • Manage guest checkins, checkouts, accounts, and lodge administration.
  • Oversee reservations and work closely with lodge management and central reservations.
  • Monitor and maintain FOH stock levels, including curio shop inventory.
  • Ensure all guestfacing areas are professionally maintained and aesthetically presented.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and feedback professionally.
  • Contribute proactively to smooth lodge operations through teamwork and initiative.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years experience as a Front of House professional in a safari lodge environment. Demonstrated experience in reservations systems and stock management systems. Strong guestfacing skills with proven excellence in guest experience delivery. Solid administration and IT proficiency (emails, lodge systems, POS, reporting). Professional communication, excellent presentation, and a high standard of hospitality delivery.

Salary & Benefits

R10 000 – R12 000 per month (dependent on experience), plus commission on curio shop sales. Live-in full-time package for 6 weeks on/2 weeks off.
