Front of House Manager Luxury Safari Lodge | Greater Kruger Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and experienced Front of House Manager to join a luxury private nature reserve in the Greater Kruger area. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and guest-focused individual to manage front of house operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences in a luxury lodge environment. Requirements: Previous experience in a front of house management role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment Strong administrative, organisational, and multitasking skills Experience with Tall Order and Benson PMS advantageous Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Valid drivers licence and own transport essential Professional, committed, and guest-oriented approach Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional guest service while upholding the lodges high standards of hospitality Manage all front of house operations, including guest check-ins, billing, and general administration Oversee stock control and ordering processes using Tall Order Handle guest billing and front office operations through Benson PMS Liaise with other lodge departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction Support the management team with reporting, administrative duties, and day-to-day lodge coordination Package: Salary: R15,000 R16,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience) Live-in accommodation (basic, furnished, private unit) R3,200 monthly meal allowance 50% Medical Aid contribution after successful 3-month probation To apply: Please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo to Simone@ Apply Below.
