? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is assisting an award-winning Lodge in Tanzania in sourcing an experienced and dynamic ??????? ?????????? ?????? We are seeking a dynamic couple for a senior leadership role, taking full ownership of an exceptional, multi-faceted property that delivers a world-class luxury hospitality experience. The role requires a balanced partnership, where both individuals contribute to operational excellence, guest experience, and team leadership within a remote environment. Working closely with ownership and senior leadership, the successful couple will oversee all aspects of the lodge ensuring seamless operations, strong financial performance, and a consistent, high-quality guest experience. This opportunity will suit a values-driven, hands-on management team with a passion for people development, sustainability, and delivering a distinctive and memorable hospitality offering. ???????????? Minimum 5 years experience managing a boutique luxury lodge or similar operation Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management Experience gained in Tanzania is preferred. Strong all-round operational knowledge across rooms division, F&B, and lodge systems Proven leadership and team development capability within a remote environment Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control Experience in sales, marketing, and business development advantageous Strong communication and relationship-building skills High level of attention to detail and structured management style Passion for sustainability, conservation, and community engagement Swahili language skills highly advantageous ???????????????? Oversee full lodge operations including guest experience, rooms division, F&B, wellness, and activities Lead; mentor, and develop a large, diverse team with a strong focus on staff wellbeing and retention Drive financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and CAPEX planning Oversee procurement, stock control, and supplier relationship Ensure exceptional service standards and continuous enhancement of the guest experience Manage sales, marketing, and reservations functions, including agent relationships and brand positioning Oversee infrastructure maintenance, project management, and operational systems Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing, and labour laws Build strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and repeat guests Drive sustainability initiatives and responsible tourism practices across the property ?????? – 13,000,000 – 15,600,000 Tsh / $5,000 – $6,000 gross per person/per month for the couple, based on experience. ?????? ????
