About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer / Artist to join our dynamic creative team, collaborating closely with our Canadian office to develop, proofread, and prepare production artwork for awards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit and prepare proof and production artwork for awards and recognition products.
  • Ensure all designs are print-ready and comply with production specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Canadian team to understand client requirements and deliver refined artwork.
  • Maintain design consistency and adhere strictly to brand guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design and print issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience designing for awards, recognition products or promotional materials (1-2 years).
  • Knowledge of various printing methods and file preparation standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related qualification.
