About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Manager to lead and inspire guest-facing teams at our luxury lodge in the Sabi Sands. The successful candidate will ensure every guest journey is seamless, intentional, and emotionally resonant, while safeguarding and elevating the lodges guest experience standards.

- 58 years of experience in luxury hospitality or lodge/hotel environments

- Comfortable leading through influence rather than hierarchy
- Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
