Job Description

Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy – Guest Relations Anchor Luxury Island Lodge – Mozambique Requirements · Matric · At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position within a 4/5 star luxury environment · Computer literate · Fluent in English · Strong customer service orientated with excellent people skills · Excellent administrative skills · Hosting experience Responsibilities · Meet and greet all guests by name, understanding personal needs through interaction · Conduct orientation when required · Transmit guest information to other lodges · Cover all daily and weekly requirements of the Lodge Manager, especially budget control and guest delight activities · Assist with room allocation, plan activities and transfer activities · Ensure all rooms are checked by H/Keeping Manager · Host guest meals when required, and manage guest delights · Attend all morning meetings · Sit in on disciplinary procedures · Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures, and make sure minimum standards as per BOP’s are adhered to in all departments · Oversee stock takes · Check uniforms and correct presentation of staff · Regular walk-about to make sure all is tidy and clean including toilets · Position on a rotational anchor basis of two weeks covering Safari Shop Manager, two weeks Lodge Administrator and two weeks Guest Relations Manager Package on offer · Market related salary DOE · Live in Starting date: ASAP
