About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead a prestigious 5-star boutique hotel in Mooirivier, KwaZulu Natal. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hotel operations to ensure high standards of quality and service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction
- Manage budgets, forecast revenues, and control expenses to achieve financial targets
- Lead a team of staff to achieve operational excellence and provide exceptional guest experiences
- Collaborate with the Owner, Regional Director, or Board of Directors to shape the hotel’s vision and strategy
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 35 years hospitality experience, with at least 10 years in senior management
- Proven track record in hotel operations and budget management
- Strong working knowledge of PMS, revenue management systems, and financial reporting
