NEW VACANCY HR Intern | Kruger National Park | 5* Game Lodge The People Intern (HR) will assist by providing quality HR compliance and administrative support to the People’s team. The People Intern will gain practical exposure to the entire employment cycle including, but not limited to, recruitment and selection; performance management; labor relations; compensation, benefits and reward; organizational design; employee wellness and succession planning. Skills and Experience Grade 12 Certificate essential Diploma in Human Resource Management is essential. Must be computer literate i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organization and administration skills and attention to detail. High level of ownership and respect. Results driven. Proactive and driven. Reliable, punctual and conscientious. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Duties: Office Management tasks Booking training courses for employees and administration and ensuring that invoices are paid timeously. Assisting in the planning of company events. Assisting with all BBBEE related administration. Assist with all HR generalist related duties. Inputting employee records onto the HR Information System Timeous submission of payroll related documents for processing. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms. Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. Assist with personnel administration Salary – Negotiable and DOE Accommodation incl
