About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Country Human Resource Business Partner to drive the Attract, Develop, Reward, Engage, and Partner HR agenda across a fast-paced, multi-site QSR environment. This is a strategic, field-based role where you will partner closely with Regional Coaches, Area Coaches, and Operations Teams to ensure the right people are in the right roles, equipped and motivated to deliver business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Regional Coaches, Area Coaches, and Operations Teams to drive HR agenda
- Manage HR teams and develop talent pipelines
- Drive employee engagement and leadership development initiatives
- Collaborate with operations leaders to implement HR strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- 68 years of generalist HR experience in a multi-site, fast-paced environment (QSR, FMCG, or Retail essential)
- Strong track record of managing HR teams and partnering with operations leaders
- Strong business acumen with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to inspire, coach, and motivate diverse teams
Qualifications
- A completed tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or Social Sciences (postgraduate qualification advantageous)
