Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to support the design and marketing team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in design, good aesthetic judgment, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create visual content for digital and print platforms (social media, presentations, marketing material, etc.)
Assist in developing brand-aligned creative concepts
Edit and adapt existing designs based on business needs
Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements
Ensure consistency in branding across all materials
Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements

Minimum Requirements (Revised & Strengthened)

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field
12 years practical design experience (internship, freelance, or junior role), with a strong portfolio demonstrating real work (not just academic projects)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop (image editing, compositing)
- Illustrator (vector design, logos, illustrations)
- InDesign (layout, print-ready documents)
Solid understanding of:
- Typography and layout principles
- Brand consistency and visual identity systems
- Digital vs print design requirements
Ability to:
- Translate a brief into a clear visual concept
- Work under deadlines and manage multiple design tasks
- Take feedback and iterate designs quickly
