About the Role

Youll lead the successful delivery of IT projects across the Group from planning and scoping to execution and closure. Your role spans stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, budget control, risk management, and reporting all with a focus on outcomes, compliance, and quality.

What Youll Do

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria

• Develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets

• Oversee all phases of IT project lifecycles

• Coordinate internal and external teams for smooth delivery

• Engage and align stakeholders at every level

• Track risks, issues, and performance metrics

• Ensure quality, compliance, and resource optimisation

• Support continuous improvement of project methodologies

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile preferred)

• 5+ years of IT project management experience (banking or financial services preferred)

• Deep understanding of IT systems, integrations, and vendor engagement

• Proficiency in project tools like MS Project or Jira

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills
