is partnering with a company with a portfolio of lodges in Tanzania, to recruit a charismatic and dynamic to join their Team We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lodge Management Couple to lead the daily operations of a world-class five-star lodge. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional and personalised guest experience, maintaining the highest standards of service across all departments, and fostering a positive, motivated team culture. The successful candidates will combine strong leadership and operational expertise with a passion for hospitality, sustainability, and continuous improvement. They will be responsible for the seamless coordination of guest services, food and beverage operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration, while ensuring operational efficiency, financial oversight, and adherence to the highest industry standards. Requirements · Hospitality Degree/Diploma or similar qualification from a reputable institution. · Minimum of 6–8 years’ management experience in an intimate five-star world-class lodge. · In-depth knowledge of all operational departments with exceptionally high service standards. · Advanced food and beverage expertise, including awareness of dietaries, allergies, and international hospitality trends. · Strong leadership, staff mentoring, and proven ability to drive training and development. · Solid financial management skills, good computer literacy, and understanding of basic labour laws. · Excellent administration and reporting abilities. · Exceptional communication skills in English (a second language preferred). · Attention to detail, organisational skills, patience, and assertiveness. · Experience in creating personalised and memorable guest experiences. · Valid driver’s license and legal right to work in the location.
