As the property is currently quiet with intermittent guest activity, the owner’s goal is to enhance and upgrade the lodge to create a well-rounded, comfortable experience for families and guests. The ideal candidate will not only manage the day-to-day operations but also take an active role in marketing the lodge and attracting new business. Requirements · At least 3-5 years Hospitality Management experience in a 3/4 star lodge/Hotel/Resort environment (Essential) · Good understanding of all aspects of the lodge operation (F&B, FOH, Finance, HR, Operations, Field, Maintenance etc) · All-rounder- will be responsible for online marketing of property and getting new bookings · Excellent Customer Relations · Motivated and energetic · Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel · Professional and well groomed · Driver’s license essential Package on offer · $ 2 000 pm, depending on experience · Profit share of up to 30% · Accommodation provided Starting Date: January 2026
