About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lodge Manager to join an ultra-luxury safari camp in Kenya, responsible for the day-to-day management of this exceptional remote operation. This is a pivotal leadership role within a high-end safari environment, requiring a well-rounded hospitality professional to oversee all operational aspects of the lodge while ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

  • Take ownership of team performance, guest satisfaction and overall operational flow
  • Balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in daily operations
  • Create a positive team culture
  • Demonstrate strong accountability and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in senior lodge management role within luxury safari environment
  • Proven ability to manage full lodge operations across front of house, housekeeping, Food & Beverage, guiding and maintenance
  • Solid financial understanding including budgeting, stock control and cost management
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring and developing diverse teams in remote locations
  • Strong administrative and reporting capability with experience implementing structured operational standards
  • Confident working with hospitality systems and operational reporting tools

Salary & Benefits

USD 3 000 – USD 3 500 pm net plus benefits
